Hi, I'm Shelley — a UK-based web designer with a passion for turning ideas into beautiful digital experiences. I believe great design isn't just how something looks; it's how it makes people feel.

Having spent time living in the beautiful country of Laos, I fell in love with the word sabai (ສະບາຍ) and everything it stands for. That warm, easy, effortless feeling is something I carry with me into every project. No stress, no confusion, just great results.

Do I own my website?
Yes — always. Whether you choose the one-off plan or the care plan, your site and domain belong to you. If you ever want to cancel, I'll hand everything over with no fuss.
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready within two weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline when we chat, and keep you updated throughout.
What counts as a small update?
Swapping an image, updating text, changing a price, adding a new product or book — that kind of thing. Anything more involved (a new section, new functionality) I'll quote separately, always before doing the work.
Do I need to provide anything?
The more you can share, the better! Any details about your business, your logo, photos, links to your existing website, Facebook page or social media — all of it helps me build something that really feels like you. Even screenshots of sites you like the look of are useful. If you don't have any photos, don't worry — I can source beautiful, professional stock images that suit your business. And if you do have photos on your phone, even just a few, send them over — real images always make a site feel more personal.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes, any time. There's no long contract. If you cancel, I'll send you your website files and transfer your domain so you're never left without your site.
