Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I look after it. I've kept it as plain and straightforward as possible.

1. Who I Am

Sabai Designs is a freelance web design studio operated by Shelley Longden, based in the UK. If you have any questions about this policy, you can email me at hello@sabaidesigns.uk.

2. What Information I Collect

I only collect information you give me directly. This includes:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and anything you write in your message
• Project information — details about your business, content, and requirements that you share during the course of a project
• Payment information — handled securely by Stripe; I never see or store your card details directly

3. Why I Collect It

I use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Deliver the web design services you've asked for
• Send invoices and process payments
• Communicate with you about your project

I will never use your information for marketing without your permission, and I will never sell it or pass it on to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

To run my business I use a small number of trusted third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to my email
• Stripe — handles all payment processing securely
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and may log basic traffic data
• Zoho Mail — my business email provider, where your messages are received

5. How Long I Keep Your Data

I keep project-related emails and information for as long as is reasonably necessary — typically for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for reference. If you'd like me to delete your data, just ask and I'll do so promptly.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data I hold about you
• Ask me to correct any inaccurate data
• Ask me to delete your data
• Withdraw any consent you've given at any time

7. Cookies

This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set basic technical cookies required to serve the site — these do not track you personally.

8. Changes to This Policy

If I make any significant changes to this policy I'll update the date at the top of this page. I'd recommend checking back occasionally if you're a regular visitor.
